Property Maps and Lots
KT Estates was carved out of a 55- acre parcel of forest that was purchased by Yeshivas Ohr Hachaim in 2017 with the intent to develop a state of the art school campus for Mesivta Yesodei Hatorah. The first phase of the 7+ acre school campus was completed and the Mesivta opened in 2019. The remaining 47 acres were subdivided and approved for a residential development, consisting of 62 single family homes and 22 semi-attached townhouses. Hence, KT Estates.
KT Estates started clearing and installation of the underground utilities for Phase 1 of the development in the summer of 2019. The core infrastructure for Phase 1, which consists of 20 single family homes on Ben Maimon Drive, is largely complete. As the lots in Phase 1 are sold, KT Estates intends to commence clearing and sales of lots in the remainder of the development. Additionally, KT Estates intends to shortly begin prepping for sales of the townhouses.
